Yes. We design and build your site at no cost. The only ongoing charge is a low monthly fee for hosting and support, which keeps your site fast, secure and well looked after.
Yes. We’ll redesign your existing website to give it a fresh, professional look while keeping what already works. If you’re moving from Wix, Squarespace or another platform, we’ll handle the move for you, and you can keep your existing domain and web address. If you don’t have a domain yet, we can provide a .co.uk domain as part of your subscription.
The first 10 days are your build and approval window — this is when we design, build and refine your site, and when you review and sign it off. You can cancel any time during those 10 days at no charge. If you don't cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the regular monthly rate, and you're still free to cancel at any point after that.
Yes — professional copywriting for your initial site is included as part of the free design and build, so you don't need to arrive with finished content. Foundational SEO and AI search optimisation are also included, ensuring your website has a solid, search-friendly structure from the start. For practices looking to go further, advanced SEO, advertising and monthly content writing are available as paid add-ons to help increase visibility and attract the right clients.
We also offer extras such as a secure professional email address, online payments via Stripe, logo and business card design, as well as more advanced solutions for practices with specific needs. This can include custom integrations, bespoke functionality, larger websites, or even an AI employee that manages your email enquiries and admin. If you need something beyond our standard package, get in touch and we’ll put together a tailored solution.
Yes. We build with data protection good practice in mind and can help you get set up — from your privacy policy to a cookie and GDPR banner. As the data controller for your own client information, final responsibility always sits with you, but we're here to guide you through it.
