Who can take part
The scheme is open to UpTopWeb customers with an active subscription. Ask us for your personal referral link and share it with therapists, counsellors and practices you think we could help.
Partners who are not UpTopWeb customers, such as supervisors or training providers, can join a separate partner arrangement by agreement. Contact us to discuss it.
How a referral counts
- The person you refer follows your link and signs up within 30 days of first clicking it.
- They must be a new UpTopWeb customer. Existing or previous customers, and your own practice, do not count.
- A referral counts once they have paid their first invoice after the 10-day free trial.
- Each customer can be referred by one person only. If they follow more than one link, the first one counts.
What you get
For each therapist you refer who is a paying customer, you get 25% off your own plan's monthly price, whichever plan they choose:
- Essentials, paid monthly: £5 off each month
- Growth, paid monthly: £10 off each month
- Essentials, paid yearly: £4 credit each month
- Growth, paid yearly: £8 credit each month
Discounts add up to your plan's full monthly price, so four paying referrals means you pay nothing for that month. On Essentials paid monthly, the fourth referral is worth £4.99, so your bill is exactly £0. Further referrals in the same month do not add more credit.
The discount is applied as credit on your UpTopWeb account and taken off your next bill. If you pay yearly, you build up credit each month your referral stays with us, and it is taken off your next renewal.
How long it lasts
You keep getting the discount for each month your referral keeps paying. If they cancel or stop paying, the discount for that referral stops.
Your own subscription must be active for credit to be added. If your payment is overdue, credit waits until it is paid. If you cancel, credit that has not yet been added to your account ends.
The small print
- Credit has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to someone else or used for other services.
- Please recommend us honestly. Do not send spam or make claims about UpTopWeb that we do not make.
- We may withhold or remove credit linked to a refunded payment, a mistaken or duplicate sign-up, or misuse of the scheme.
- We may change or end the scheme with 30 days' notice. Credit for months your referrals have already paid for is not affected.
